Drawn from a wide cross-section of vintage public service and
manufacturer's advertising art produced in the 1940s, '50s and 60s, this collection of
reproduction art prints is designed to highlight the talents and craftsmanship of a
variety of aviation artists whose work has long been absent from the contemporary scene.
Produced to a
standardized 11 x 14" size format, our collection includes:
A clear laser print of each subject's
original artwork, printed on acid-free paper and formulated to ensure a minimum of color
and/or detail distortion in each print's reproduction process.
An acid-free backing/liner page and rigid
cardboard backing sheet secured to each print to ensure a minimum of print distortion in
the mounting process.
A colorful range of acid-free mat board
outer framing, selected to best maximize the basic beauty of the original artwork and
allow each print to be used in a wide range of decorative surroundings.
